(Membership fees will NOT be refunded).

PROCEDURES
1. For each academic year, before using facilities all participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (Par-Q) and register their student ID card (or community membership card for alumni, retirees or outside members) to have their membership validated at the start of each academic year.

The Par-Q can be completed on-site at the Athletic Centre when registering, or in advance with the Online Par-Q Form.

2. A student ID card or community membership card with valid academic year digital sticker must then be presented at every visit in order to gain access to the facility. Access will not be provided without a validated card for the academic year in question.
