The men's basketball team won a nail biter against the Seneca by a score of 84-80 to begin their season on Friday (Oct.20) night at home.
NOTABLE STATS: Third-year forward Naseem Barry filled up the stats sheet with 22 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks while shooting over 50% from the field. Fourth-year forward Christian Tabiri chipped in with 19 points, four rebounds, four steals, three assists and a block, while third-year guard Jacob Masters dropped 13 points, five assists, three boards and two steals in the victory.
UP NEXT: The Huskies are back in action on Wednesday (Oct. 25) night when they travel to Barrie, Ont., to take on the Georgian Grizzlies.
