BROWN LEADS HUSKIES TO WIN OVER LANCERS

The men's basketball team exploded in the fourth quarter to take down the Loyalist Lancers 85-73 on Saturday (Oct. 28) night at home. 

NOTABLE STATS: Fifth-year forward Jeremiah Brown did absolutely everything off the bench. He registered 23 points, seven rebounds, five assists and four steals. Fourth-year guard Jevon Fray-Woodbine followed Brown's lead off the bench as he dropped 13 points on 5-of-7 shooting while adding six rebounds and a steal in the victory. Jacob Masters, Darnell Richards, Derrick Taylor and Christian Tabiri all hit double-digit points.

George Brown had a slight advantage at 58-57 after the third quarter but came out red hot in the fourth. The team shot 52.4% from the field and outscored the Lancers 27-16 to seal the victory.
