HUSKIES BLOW OUT FLEMING

The women's soccer team's offence couldn't be stopped as they dominated the Fleming Pheonix 13-0 at home on Friday (Sept. 15) night.

HOW IT HAPPENED: The Huskies got on the board right away in the 3rd minute thanks to fifth-year Brianna Samuels-McLaughlin, and it didn't take long for more goals to come. First-year midfielder Sonia Chwalek scored two of her career-high five goals in two and a half minutes between the 17th and 20th minutes of the match.

First-year midfielder Annia Pavli recorded a hat-trick, while second-year defender Emily Braam scored her first two career OCAA goals in the victory.

UP NEXT: The Huskies are back on the pitch on Saturday (Sept. 23) when they host the Sault Cougars. It all happens at 1pm.
