Matt Pasquale (Baseball)
Men's Baseball hit the field this past Wednesday up at Bishop Cross as they faced off against Seneca Sting. Despite the loss to the Sting, second baseman Matt Pasquale was a massive reason the team was able to keep the game close. Pasquale hit his first home run of the season to cut the Sting's lead to two late in the game. The second baseman was also effective defensively.
Next up the Huskies will host the Durham Lords Wednesday night down at Christie Pits first pitch 6pm.
Kenzie Osbourne (Cross Country)
George Brown Cross Country opened their 2019 season taking part in an OCAA Invitational hosted by Fleming College. First-year Kenzie Osbourne stood out from the crowd as the Kingston native finished in 5th place out of 15 female runners in the meet. Osbourne timed in at just under 26 minutes.
Next up the Huskies will head north of the city as they will take part in the OCAA Invitational hosted by Seneca College on Saturday, September 28th.
