RECREATION ACTIVITIES: SPRING 2026

Athletic Centres at St James Campus and Casa Loma Campus each include a fitness centre, single gymnasium, fitness studio, locker rooms, and changerooms with private showers and private changing stalls. 

The Waterfront Campus includes a multi-purpose gym, a rock climbing wall, and a weight room with changing rooms, lockers, and showers.
 
Registration for all activities begins May 4th 2026!

  

Champions of the Court

Drop-in to compete for the title of Champions of the Court!  This program is run weekly on the same day and time. New teams are formed each week, and you will receive individual points for each WIN your team earns.  Your points are tracked and will be posted weekly. At the end of the program, the individual with the most points will earn the title, CHAMPIONS OF THE COURT!

Campus Rec Outdoor Activity Days

The Campus Rec Ambassador team will be hosting outdoor activities between 11am-2pm. Drop by to play some sports and activity-based competitions for prizes. Everyone is welcome!

Huskies Indoor Training Pack

This guided indoor program is designed to keep your running fitness strong while incorporating full-body functional training in a fun, social, and supportive environment. Participants will rotate through a variety of stations — Cardio Machines (Treadmills, Bikes, Ergs), Sled drills, and strength exercises like wall balls, lunges, and weights — with flexibility to suit all fitness levels. Each session is scalable, with optional finisher challenges for those who want to push harder. Registration is required.

Huskies Run Pack

The Huskies Run Pack is George Brown's inclusive running group! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, this weekly run is all about movement, fitness, and connecting with others. No matter your pace, you'll have a supportive group to run with. Join us for social runs, general fitness, and maybe even prep for your first race! Registration is required.  Routes will be posted on Mondays.

Huskies Hill Challenge

Take your training outdoors with a fast-paced hill workout at the Casa Loma Campus. Combine running, stair climbs, and light bodyweight exercises in a fun, supportive environment on a monthly basis. All fitness levels welcome—move at your own pace and challenge yourself each session. Registration is required. We meet the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 2pm at the Casa Loma Athletic Centre.
