Warren Williams was the head coach of the George Brown Huskies women's basketball program between 2016 to 2020.  In his second year as head coach, George Brown finished with a 15-2 record and were the OCAA East Division champions. He was named OCAA East Coach of the Year and CCAA Nominee for Coach of the Year in the same season. During his tenure, the team post a 48-19 record, while making two provincial championship appearances.

He is taking a one-year leave of absence from the program but stayed on with the Huskies as a Basketball Consultant for 2020-21 season.

Williams has been coaching basketball since 1993 with a history of success under his leadership.  From his first championship with his first team at Dr. Marion Hilliard Senior Public School to recent championships with high school teams and Provincial teams, Williams has emphasized his philosophy of Family First. Williams was part of Team Ontario coaching staffs that won a National Championship in 2011 and 2015 and a Canada Summer Games Gold Medal in 2013, and head coach of a Bronze Medallist in 2016.  He has won four Ontario Cup medals, including Gold Medals in 2005 and 2018, and two Ontario Summer Games medals, including a Gold Medal in 2010.  As a high school teacher since 2006, he has led teams to four ROPSSAA (Region of Peel Secondary Schools Athletic Association) championships, including back to back Senior Girls championships in 2015 and 2016.
 
Williams graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Arts with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology and Health Science and Education.
