The George Brown Huskies men's basketball team fought back from a 17 point deficit to take down the Seneca Sting on the road. The Huskies reclaimed first place in the East division with the victory on Friday night.
Notable Stats: First-year forward Naseem Barry sparked the comeback dropping 10 of his team-high 16 points in the third quarter to help the Huskies pick up their 16th victory of the season.
Veteran Kingslee D'Silva chipped in with 13 points, seven rebounds and two steals. Haany Ahmed and Caldre Campbell each recorded 11 points on the night.
The Huskies record improved to 16-3 on the season, while the Sting's record dropped to 15-3.
Up Next: George Brown wraps up their regular season on Friday, February 21st when they host the Georgian Grizzlies. The Huskies will honour seven graduating players prior to the game. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:00pm.
