The women's basketball team was edged in another close game, this time 69-62, to the Georgian Grizzlies on the road.

NOTABLE STATS: Second-year guard Jordyn Dawkins dropped a team-high 17 points off the bench, while second-guard Ava Proskos was the next-highest scorer on the team with 15 points. First-year forward Gloria Osasuyi recorded her first-career double-double of 14 points and a game-high 13 rebounds in the loss. 

UP NEXT: The Huskies are back in action on Saturday (Oct. 28) when they host the Loyalist Lancers. Tipoff is scheduled for 6pm.
