The women's soccer team dropped a 4-1 decision to the Algonquin Wolves on the road Saturday (Sept. 30) afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED: The majority of the first half was a stalemate until Algonquin's Nada Ghadban scored two goals in the 42nd and 46th minutes to give them a 2-0 lead at the half.

The Huskies cut the deficit in half thanks to fourth-year midfielder Ashley Altamirano in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, the Wolves responded two minutes later and didn't look back. 

UP NEXT: The Huskies are on the pitch again on Wednesday (Oct. 4) night against the Durham Lords. The match starts at 6pm.
