Athletic Centres at St James Campus and Casa Loma Campus each include a fitness centre, single gymnasium, fitness studio, locker rooms with showers, and an athletic therapy clinic.

Our Fitness Centres at St James Campus and Casa Loma Campus offer a range of fitness options that cater to a variety of student needs including cardio, resistance and free weight training.
Equipment includes but is not limited to treadmills, elipticals, exercise bikes, stair climbers, rowing machines, universal weight stations, chest and leg press, olympic bars, free weight racks and benches, and more.
They also include a stretching area, water fountain and hand towels to wipe down equipment. During peak periods, a certified personal trainer is available on-site for consultation and to help design a fitness program tailored to you! In addition, the college's Fitness & Health Promotion program also offers the WAVE Fitness Studios – a fitness facility at the Waterfront Campus where students learn how to work with clients and hone their skills – all under the supervision of faculty.
