Esports player Julian Escobar Echeverri was named Huskies Athlete of the week for the period ending January 30th.
On Wednesday night, the Huskies Esports team won their first match in program history with a 2-0 win over Bloomfield College. Echeverri played a critical role in both games for the team as the juggler. He perfectly timed ganks and initiates that sealed the deal in both games throughout the night. The champion he used in both games was Zac, the Secret Weapon, and he recorded nine kills and team-high 15 assists.
