2021-22 OCAA ALL-ACADEMIC AWARDSJune 20, 2022The 2021-22 Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) All-Academic awards are presented to full-time varsity student-athletes that meet honours standards at their respective institutions, having successfully completed one academic semester. Student-athletes receive an OCAA All-Academic certificate for achieving honours status in the semester in which they are a varsity athlete.

With the results, the team’s historic season came to an end.

HUSKIES ADVANCE TO CCAA BRONZE SEMIFINALSNovember 11, 2021The George Brown Huskies men’s soccer team put together an incredible comeback to advance to the bronze semifinal at the CCAA National Championship. Goalkeeper Aubery Lowe made two saves, and four Huskies scored in a dramatic 4-3 penalty shootout in the bronze quarter-final round against the Salt Trojans on Thursday afternoon.

They dropped a 4-0 decision to the CCAA No. 1 Humber Hawks on Saturday (Oct. 30th) afternoon at St. Clair College. The medal marked the team’s best result since 2007.
