Coming off a strong opening game performance against the Loyalist Lancers, Women's Soccer looks to continue to build off of their 4-1 win.
With US transfer Shonte Tremblett and recruits Kristina Anderson, Elisabeth Virelli, and Makayla Cabral joining OCAA All-Stars Brianna Samuels-McLaughlin and Cynthia Pellegrino, the team's core is a solid one. After a new league divisional alignment for the 2019 season, it will be the first time the Huskies face the Lords in recent OCAA league play. The Lords are 0-1 after a loss to Seneca to start the season.
Men's Soccer take the field for the first time this year with an experienced core of returning players, including 5th year team captain Robert Mijackovic and CCAA All-Canadian and league scoring leader Filipe Vilela to lead the charge.
The Huskies, who were ousted from the 2018 OCAA Provincial Championships by Durham after a last second goal in added time of a double-OT thriller, will look to assert themselves early in this rematch contest.
