Women’s volleyball outside hitter Angelique Agustin and men’s volleyball outside hitter Samuel Delgado have been named Huskies athletes of the week for the period ending December 5th.
Agustin filled the stat sheet posting a team-high 12 points off eight kills, three aces and a block. The fourth-year outside hitter also added nine digs in the Huskies five-set exhibition loss to the Loyalist Lancers on the road Friday night.
Delgado had a strong performance in a short match for the Huskies. The second-year outside hitter posted a game-high 10 points on six kills, two blocks and two aces while adding two digs in the team’s 3-0 shutout victory over the Loyalist Lancers on the road Friday night.
