George Brown men's indoor soccer assured themselves a spot in the OCAA Championships semi-finals on Thursday afternoon, and will have an opportunity to earn a provincial medal for a fifth consecutive season on Friday.

The Huskies opened the day with a 2-1 win over Humber, fell to Fanshawe 3-1, and locked up advancing with a 3-1 win over Centennial to close the day.

The women's team had an opportunity to advance as well, but wound up falling just short. The Huskies opened their day with a pair of draws against Humber and Sheridan, facing a do-or-die game against Fanshawe to advance. Unfortunately for George Brown they wound up coming out flat, and fell 3-1 to end their season.
