The George Brown Huskies defeated the Georgian Grizzlies, winning a five-set thriller (18-25, 25-19, 20-25, 25-15, 15-11) on Sunday afternoon on the road.

NOTABLE STATS: Second-year outside hitter Megi Mamcaj had a career day, finishing with 23 points off of 17 kills, four blocks and two service aces, while also posting a career-high 15 digs in the victory.

Third-year outside hitter Ashley Lau filled the stats sheet with 16 points from 10 kills, five service aces, a block, and a match-high 17 digs. Fourth-year outside hitter Angelique Agustin chipped in with 12 points off of eight kills, three service aces and a block. She also hit double digits in digs with 13.

George Brown improved their record to 2-2 on the season, while Georgian's drops to 0-3.
