The Men's Volleyball program looks to build off a strong 2023-24 campaign, where they hosted their first crossover playoff match since 2018. Now, with new head coach Tyler Latu'ila at the helm, the team is set for another exciting season.

Coach's Thought
Latu'ila, eager to lead the Huskies, is optimistic about blending returning athletes with new recruits.
"The more time I spend with our squad, the more I am just enjoying the process and seeing how we grow as a group," first-year head coach Latu'ila explained. "Things have been positive so far, so I am excited to see how we deal with things when they aren't going our way."
Key Returning Players
Kobe John, Middle
John is entering his final year playing collegiate volleyball and is ready to help the Huskies make history. In his first season with Huskies, the 6'5 middle showed why abilities is considered one of the best at this position in the province as he ranked seventh in total blocks while posting 2.2 points per set and 136 total points this season. He was named a East Division Second-Team All-Star for his efforts.
Pedro Santos, Libero
Santos made an immediate impact in his OCAA debut, becoming a cornerstone of the Huskies defense. He costed 1.79 digs per set and is a player to watch this season.

"We have guys who have experience in an OUA gym and in a national team development program. Those guys are also being exposed to a different league, new positions, and unique pressures," the coach said. "At the end of the day, we have 16 competitive student-athletes who are all trying to improve and win volleyball games. Everyone brings something unique to the table and I'm pleased at how we've been able to learn from each other so far."
