Women's Soccer striker Ashley Osorio and Men's Baseball pitcher Finlay Bulter have been named the Huskies athletes of the Week for the period ending September 24.
Ashley Osorio
Osorio led the charge for the George Brown Huskies against the Sault Cougars. The fifth-year striker posted a hat-trick and two assists in just 45 minutes of play. The team went on to beat the Cougars 11-0.
Finlay Butler
Butler was lights out against the Centennial Colts. The second-year pitcher threw a combined 5 2/3 innings while only surrendering three runs off six hits, while striking out a career-high nine batters. Off the right hander’s performance, the Huskies came away with a 10-3 victory over the Colts.
