On Wednesday night, the No. 13 George Brown Huskies women's basketball team dropped an 81-47 decision to the No. 5 Humber Hawks at home.

NOTABLE STATS: The Hawks offence came in averaging 95 points per game and they didn't slow down. They shot 40% from the floor to take a 41-19 advantage into the half. From there, they didn't look back the rest of the way.

Third-year forward Carolina Rebolledo posted a team-high 12 points and nine rebounds. Second-year guard Mariam Konate wasn't too far behind with 10 points.

Second-year guard Vanessa Vassell chipped in with nine points off the bench in the loss.
