The women's basketball team dropped their season opener 76-71 to the Seneca Sting on Friday night.
NOTABLE STATS: First-year guard Adrienne Williamson was a spark plug off the bench in her OCAA debut. She went 5-of-10 from the field for a team-high 15 points while adding a team-high eight rebounds and four assists. Jizelle Manansala and Gloria Osauyi Omosefe both post 11 points in the loss.
UP NEXT: The Huskies look to bounce back when they travel to Barrie, Ont., to battle the Georgian Grizzlies on Wednesday (Oct. 25) night. Tip off is scheduled for 6pm.
