The women's volleyball team shut out the Fleming Phoenix 3-0 (25-21, 25-21, 25-23) at home on Saturday (Oct. 26) afternoon.
NOTABLE STATS: Kaarina Niemimaa led with a match-high 16 points from 10 kills and two service aces, adding eight digs.
Julia Gordon wasn't far behind with 12 points on 11 kills and a service ace, while Brianne Lee filled the stat sheet with a match-high 29 assists, a team-high 16 digs, and five points from four kills and a service ace.
UP NEXT: The Huskies (2-1) travel to face the Durham Lords (3-0) on Wednesday (Oct. 30) night. The action begins at 6 pm.
