The women's soccer team rolled past Fleming Phoenix 7-1 on Friday night (Oct. 4), securing their third consecutive win.

HOW IT HAPPENED: George Brown dominated from the start, with Ashley Macdonald netting the first of her three goals just 11 minutes in. By the half, the Huskies led 4-0.

The second half saw more offence from the home side, as Sophia Gutierrez scored twice and Kristina Carvalho added a goal to seal the victory.

NEXT UP: The Huskies (4-3) head to Kingston, Ont., to battle the St. Lawrence Surge (1-5-1) on Sunday (Oct. 6) afternoon. All the action starts at 2pm
