The women's soccer team dropped a 5-1 decision to the Algonquin Wolves at Esther Shiner Stadium on Sunday (Sept. 8) afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED: Nathalie Finley-Horne opened the scoring with a breakaway goal in the 6th minute, her first of the season. However, Algonquin equalized the score just a minute later and went on to score four more unanswered goals.
UP NEXT: The Huskies (1-1) are back in action on Friday (Sept. 13) night when they travel up north to battle the Cambrian Golden Shield. Game time is scheduled for 5:30pm.
