Women's Soccer midfeidler Ashley Macdonald and Men's Baseball infielder Tyler Romandel have been named the Huskies Athletes of the Week for the period ending October 6th.
Ashley Macdonald
The second-year midfielder was unstoppable this week posting six goals in two victories. She recorded a hat-trick against the Fleming Phoenix on Friday and followed it up with another hat-trick two days later against St. Lawrence.
Tyler Romandel
After being honoured on Grad Day ahead of the Huskies final home series of the season against the Sault Cougars, the veteran came up clutch. He went 3-for-5 at the plate with two RBIs, three runs and two stolen bases to help the team win two extremely important games.
