The Women's Soccer team's season ended after a 2-1 loss to the Cambrian Shield in the first round of the playoffs on the road Wednesday night (Oct. 16).

HOW IT HAPPENED: The Huskies started strong, with regular-season leading scorer Ashley Macdonald finding the back of the net in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, Cambrian quickly responded, scoring in the 17th and 22nd minutes to take a 2-1 lead into halftime.

George Brown pressed hard for the equalizer in the second half, recording 10 shots on goal, but could not convert any chances.
